sorry but I'm on your bf's side here. I also find plastic surgery a turnoff, along with many other obvious “vanity” signs. I prefer people au naturel, and yes that includes untrimmed hair. If someone had to have a nose job because their nose was busted that would be different to me, for example. In cases of disfigurement plastic surgery can be a wonderful thing. I just get creeped out by the whole attitude of people having surgery for reasons of vanity alone.
