It’s absolutely possible. I had a male best friend, however we’d grown up together it wasn’t a new thing. We’d cuddle on the sofa together and such like. Not so much face touching or interlocking hands though. It is possible, but I’d be a little wary.

Strict parenting creates lying children. It’s incredibly true, I grew up like this too. They have an inappropriate response to a situation that everyone goes through. Therefore shuts them out of your decisions even though they very well could have good life experiences that could be related with.
