There is a lot of great advice on here for how to handle a friend like this, and sadly I agree that you're going to have to make a choice. It sucks to give up a friendship but is it really worth it to have her ruin this current relationship or potential future relationships if this one doesn't work out?

It sounds like he’s making something up to be mad about and end the relationship over. And if he’s not, instantly going to throwing insults, saying you’re crazy and the belief that he’s always right is still a problem. There’s a pattern of this shitty behavior on his part. Let him be gone and do you. If you take him back, how long until the next time this happens and do you really want that to be the rest of your life?
