Maybe don't feel the need to respond immediately. Let her stew in it for a while. But if she mentions it just tell her that she raised you right and because of that you know what you're doing. If she won't just take that as an answer then remind her that Christianity comes in different forms and as part of being Christian is proselytizing to others your boyfriend is just trying to meet the people where they live. Point out that he's 22 and that others his age are more inclined to be reached through familiar things (like edgy music) than by knocking on their doors with a Bible in your hand.
I’m just saying that confessing to cheating after the fact doesn’t make the betrayal feel any better, nor does it fix the trust broken. If it happened before they were exclusive, that’s one thing, and not cheating, but if she wanted to be exclusive and cheated after the fact, that’s different.
And I’m not trying to hammer her, it just seems to me like you’re glossing over her actions like OP is the bad guy here and he has no right to feel hurt/ betrayed
i’m taking into account the fact that i’m still changing and who knows, i might regret this in the future. but he’s very supportive of my studies and wants me to succeed. for right now, i am happy and i’m hoping it stays that way.
Just tell him “yay now I have to only do half the cooking and only half the cleaning!”. And do so. Stop cleaning after him and cooking all his meals. If he wants 50/50 then stick to strict 50/50 in everything.
Of course he’s blaming you for it because you wouldn’t understand. He’s showing you who he is, believe him. Does that mean when something gets hot he’s going to cheat???
