I know a lot of people might say this, but have you opened up to a therapist at all? Not a psych doc, but like a mental health counselor? Talking about it out loud with someone with an outside perspective could be very beneficial. Even if you end up confirming your current feelings, it could still help you sort and process your emotions and such.
