You should try to convince her to go to therapy and get some form of meditating going. I used to be very angry at the world and had that mentality (worse, even). I’m not sure what helped, but therapy was my first step. She can change for sure. I’d like to think I’m not as angry anymore. Lol. I have to talk to myself and ask if they were actually being mean before assuming everyone is out to get me. And even if they are being mean, I tell myself it reflects badly on them and not me – I can’t control how they treat me, only how I see myself. I hope she gets some help – it may help with stress, anger, and anxiety, if she deals with that kind of issue.
