It seems like people think that the main reason why women get surgery is because they see other women with different bodies and feel insecure about theirs.
But a major reason why women get surgery is because of either men or bullies constantly making fun of them/slowly chipping away at them. Usually it’s in high school, and then by the time they can afford to pay for surgery they do. It’s not that they aren’t “confident” of their itty titties or big nose it’s that they’ve heard it 1,000x how terrible it/they look and they just want those comments to stop.
