in what way do i seek help? Who do i tell I can’t tell anyone in my life rn
I'm the only one thinking about it. I don't think he's thinking about it anymore, he just mentioned it and how it made him feel the day it happened.
My second wasbund would get mad when I’d try to tell him what I wanted, because he’d slept with a total of FIVE women before me, (two of them ex-wives, and he was in his mid 40’s when we met), so he knew what works to give a woman an orgasm (bc apparently in his mind women’s bodies all work exactly the same way and our bodies always work exactly the same way from one day to the next and one year to the next) and if I wasn’t getting turned on it was all my fault because I wasn’t letting myself enjoy it.

Hence one of many reasons for the term “wasbund”.
u/SILENCE2424, it looks like you're trying to post a throwaway submission. Your account is too young and/or your comment karma is too low.
The right way to do it is to create a brand new Reddit account that begins with ThrowRA.
Please create a new account that starts with ThrowRA in the username and try again. Please note that we will not make exceptions to this rule.

Agree to a firm timeline that you will move in and after x amount of months, he will propose.
Don’t move in with him unless he agrees to a firm timeline.
You need to go to your mother's wedding. He's trying to control you with his insecurities. You're being emotionally abused.
My husband and I had this issue. I change stuff round all the time. ( instead of buying new stuff). He always sulked and huffed & puffed about it. So I began asking my son-in-law and his visiting brother to do it instead, thinking his male pride would not like 'other men” lifting furniture whilst he just sat around. But NO he loves it.
Its now the family joke that all male visitors will be asked to move a sofa , table or chair before leaving because my husband can't take any more!
You implied it when talking about marriage and kids. That’s called reading comprehension. My relationships have 0 to do with the world. My experience will not be everyone else’s and neither will yours. 1 of my past relationships failed. 1 didn’t and the other one I’m currently in. It has 0 to do with this conversation and proves nothing you said.
I just woke up and had a few minutes before I had to get out of bed so is this is the first thing I've read. I feel like I should log out of reddit for today because there is no way it gets better then this.
I am so so so happy for you two. Finally getting diagnosed and getting medicated can be such a game changer. Your partner sounds lovely
This is abuse. And your kids are definitely picking up on it too. Your only options really are to stay and put up with the abuse or leave. You’ve been very defensive in your replies and I’m wondering what advice you expected. Contact local DV services and ask their advice on what steps to take. I hope you find your way out.
