Based on your other comment, it does seem like he's looking for a place to stay. Since he's living with you now then ask him half the rent/expenses and see what his reaction is. If he says “yea sure”, then you can have a deeper conversation if you are moving in together or what. If he will avoid the topic/not pay, then he's probably using you. Right now you seem to be in a limbo, you have not discussed about anything. Also i would be a little bit concerned about the aged here. In my country, this would have been illegal. You're only 18 and you've been living together for 8 months and i'm assuming you've been together even longer. This would be considered statutory rape where i live.
Honestly, you are right this is a bigger problem than I think it is. A part of me is still blinded by the love I have for her. Everything was going well. We share location so I know she hasn't done anything else other than this. She told me she ended the LDR with that man about 2 or 3 months ago cause she felt guilty.
She said shes willing to prove anything to me that she's loyal now and wants us to work things out.

Honestly I'd just pack my stuff up and leave before he gets back. For him to continously let his family treat you like that, and for how long its been going on, its not going to change. What happens if you get married? Any holidays are gonna be spent with you being at home or hearing them talk shit about you. How are things when it's just you two? Does he do anything nice for you or make you feel special at all?
