It's not that girls are targeted maliciously, it's just 11 year old girls are the most susceptible to dramatic angst/social contagion. Anyone who understands data and statistics should give a serious side eye to the fact that 70%+ percent of the childrens trans clinics are young girls and look for reasons beyond gender dysphoria for this phenomenon. There's some other trigger here.
