Do you go to the gym/focus on health in general? Maybe say something like “your new focus on losing weight encouraged me to stay healthy and I think we should do it together”. Then maybe offer to come up with healthy meals and a good exercise regimen that you BOTH can do. Try to do it together so it doesn't feel as targeted towards just her weight
