Basically you behaved rather badly. It is not a good behaviour to discuss things that happened before your relationship started. Her issue was not that she did not tell you the truth bit that she did not give you the finger and tell you non of your business. This goes especially when you have just started your relationship.
If you can not handle this – then break up. Sadly I think it would be for the best – not for you but for her. You will not believe anything she says in the future and she is better of without a controlling and suspicious partner.
