If I was close to my brother I think I would try and not hold it against him. As he did nothing to you but I for sure would have some hurt feelings. Being petty and up charging him or selling it somewhere lese rarely leads to good outcomes.

Then again you were like 17 at the start, maybe you just didn’t know what to look out for ?
