This is something I just don't understand about modern women. I hear them say all the time that body count doesn't matter etc etc. But then they admit to lying about it when asked, don't want to tell anyone the number, and make posts like this complaining about people revealing the number. The actions and words aren't matching up. Sounds like you actually are embarrassed about guys finding out about it, but you don't want to feel bothered by it, so you won't admit it.
First, come to terms with the truth of the matter. Whether this actually bothers you or not and why it bothers you. Once you do that you can actually make the case with your friend. She probably thinks it's okay to joke about this because you've convinced her that it doesn't bother you when it really does. And you really need to address your feelings on this because it's a topic that will eventually come up as you start dating men seriously.

You can't make her approve of you. It is the classic “do not ask fir pernission, ask for for forgiveness” type of situation.
If you get together, she will get upset, potentially a lot. However as time goes on, she will have to come to terms with reality and will likely mend your relations.
