I've seen a number of therapists over the years and haven't really had much luck with any of them. If anything, I spent the majority of that time fighting the absurdly broken American healthcare and insurance system. I just had to come to the conclusion that fighting that uphill battle was more trouble than it was worth because it was causing more stress than it was solving.

Redecorate, or at the very least move things around in your space, spoil yourself with new makeup, go to movies you like by yourself, take some extra time with your friends, a road trip even if it's only for a weekend. You moving on and living your best life (even if you are hurting) only makes you more desirable, more attractive.
Do not follow him on social media! Please! You are only prolonging the pain. And if you really want to screw with his head, remove your pictures of him on your facebook page and list yourself as single and loving it. Guaranteed that will bother him.
