This seems ridiculous to me. I am the planner and my boyfriend would much rather go with the flow, but with an event as big as this, he’d just let me handle it. Your bf should be happy he has someone to plan on his behalf. I might be reading into it but he sounds a bit crabby about it for it to just be about the planning, is he not excited about this birthday?

I would say if he does yes .. catch them together the both of you that way you have support of each other at that time… Now you're just angry and hurt. He will just be hurt and broken.. he needs to see it to get that anger
Is it just me or does this sound like emotional abuse? Lose weight/ gain weight or else she'll divorce you. Threatening you and making you feel like crap. What she is saying to you is awful, and i wonder what is really bothering her. Because it's not your weight. You should be with someone who is supportive, not drown you so she can breathe.
