I’m on the depo shot and have been for four years.
I have adhd… it’s not because of adhd. Her adhd just means she has to do things differently.
My wife and I were both fairly overweight. I lost over 120 LBS – she has lost only about 20-30 lbs from her max weight. She probably won't lose much more if any.
And that's perfectly fine with me. If she wants to try to lose more weight I will support her in any way I can, but I know it's HARD. I would love for her to lose more for her health but if she can't I get it. This woman loved me when I was 300 LBS – she loves me now, and I love her as she was and as she is.
I started catching looks from women after dropping the weight, I have never strayed or felt tempted to. Her weight does not control my actions.
I am proud to be seen with her because she is the woman who loves me, the woman I love, and the mother of my children.
And I know that if I put back on all the weight some day she will still love me.

I call BS on the reason he sent it to himself. Someone has caught his attention & he was trying to see how it sounded.
I wouldn't be able to trust him after that. Imo, once trust is broken, it's never regained.
