Think long and carefully about marrying someone who won’t stand up to their family. Your fiancée is a huge problem here. Can you stand the idea of marriage with her if she never changes? These people will be your in-laws. If you have children, they will be grandparents and uncle to those kids. Are these the family you want for your children?
I'm Caucasian so my perspective is similar to yours, but I would also be put out by this and likely end the relationship over it.
For similar perspectives, you could maybe look into women who say they're scared of all men (yet still date men)? It seems to me more that they're naming an awareness of the power differential: men are inherently stronger than women and women are generally likely to be wary of strange men, and the fact is that just about any man who wanted to could take advantage of just about any woman. It seems it might be a similar perspective to how your boyfriend might see himself at a disadvantage culturally if it came to his word vs yours or something. Still, I think it's very immature to say “I'm scared of all men/white people/whatever” and shows that that person has trust issues, can't perform balanced risk assessments and/or is prejudiced.
