Plenty of straight men also have “traditionally feminine” traits. There are gay men who are built like lumberjacks and who are into cars and sports. There are straight men who paint their nails and love shopping. The idea that gay men are automatically more feminine than straight men is homophobic, period.
If someone doesn't want to date a man with “traditionally feminine” traits, that's a preference. But assuming that someone has those traits because they're bisexual is a prejudice. OP already knows her boyfriend and what his traits are so if she didn't have any issue with his traits before, what's changed now that she knows his sexuality (which was always there)?
I know how hot it is, but you have to say something! Infections like this can cause some really serious health issues, they have even been linked to heart attacks.

I have a fairly similar relationship with my brother. I'm also 34, he's 5 years older than me and for the most part acts like I don't exist.
I feel you, man. I wish I could have a real sibling relationship with my brother, but it just isn't going to happen. I 'quiet quit' my relationship with him years ago and now it doesn't sting so bad when he comes into town and ignores me or doesn't attempt any plan making with me.

Military men because people who have seen the tough side of life appreciate the real things in life a little better than most, and know that at times it just takes two things: a decent human being and a decent connection with that human.
