Could be just a mismatch in terms of libido. Could be you're “hyper sexual” as a result of not having gotten the proper treatment for your past trauma. I know it sounds bad but I'm so scared to be alone. One of the last few people in my life had a heart attack on Christmas and will be undergoing bypass surgery so I have no one. I don't really have any friends and obviously very very limited family. I have never lived alone and that scares me.

Exes are exes for a reason. Move on and don’t sell yourself short. He could have gotten therapy a long time ago if he wanted to but losing you made him want you back so he’s looking for a way to make that happen, it doesn’t mean he’s sincere. Most people don’t change much within a short time frame.
