Getting pissed around your colleagues will always cause problems at work because you have displayed an unprofessional side of yourself to them. If I am going out for drinks with colleagues I do not get drunk around them. You have to work with these people every day in a professional capacity. Being drunk and puking everywhere is not a good look. This whole situation could have been avoided if you didn't confuse a colleague hangout with a frat party.
You can only do damage control at this point. Stop getting breakfast with this guy. Learn to understand that colleagues are not the same as your friends, and next time don't get wasted around your colleagues.
At a minimum, he's not good at taking social queues that the friendship has ended. Just dont reply to the message sent to your business account (and close it down since it's no longer active)
If he persists in trying to contact you and you are getting the stalker vibe, file a restraining order.
