When you say she can in fact control her emotions, she may in fact have a disorder which prevents her from controlling her emotions. This could be a chemical imbalance or a serious mental or emotional problem. It’s not clear why you’re dismissing that possibility and while it doesn’t make it any easier to endure, it’s an important distinction.

Her reaction was ODD. I don’t understand how she didn’t get mad or upset. I will admit I have really low self respect and self worth and even I’d get pissed. The guy admitted to EVERYTHING and she still stayed. It’s funny he was BROKE and always asking me for money and I’d say no. I tell the family and say he was prob spending his money on her and they were like hahaha no. She takes him on dates and pays for his food. I think the family gives her money bc her job doesn’t pay well and she has her own apartment but they should cut her off honestly.
