To make sure you understand, Nobody and I mean NOBODY in the entire social work and foster care universe want to see a child, especially a little one who may have been traumatized by what just happened with mom, get into the hands of CPS aka “the system”. Getting kids OUT of the system is a reason many people become foster parents or respite care providers in the first place.
Omg finally the questions I've been searching for. I just kept thinking there's no way she has this many issues with the dog before becoming pregnant. She must be hyper aware of the dogs behavior now that she's pregnant. I really do hope op can get the dog some proper training, and make some progress, because at this point imo it's completely unreasonable to have an unruly dog around a new born. Both parents are going to be freaking tried from this ordeal, and I genuinely can't see this relationship playing out well, especially if the poor pup accidentally hurts the baby.

I've always understood that a hostile work environment is created by management when they single out an employee and literally creand literally create a hostile environment for them to work in.
