I'm late to the party but can say this has happened to me. I'm not telling you what to do from here but at some point you need to move forward. I'm taking a guess that you're a kind person, kind people think of ways to work it out and try again. I did this and it didn't work out. Move forward knowing what you have done to this point has been the best you can do and realise that you can't control what your girlfriend does. You're a good person, keep talking about with friends and family, don't bottle it up, don't feel ashamed it's happened again.

Some people text more than others and that imbalance is going to exist. You may just tell him, “hey I don’t care where you’re going or with whom but it makes me anxious if I don’t get a response within a certain period of time so if you can text me that you’ll be busy, it’ll help me”.
