Is it just me but why would your bf tell you those things??? My bf tells me my body is beautiful and he loves it all the time. Shouldn’t a partner be uplifting and not comparing you to others? I think my partner’s body is beautiful also despite him not having what is conventionally attractive which is abs. But I don’t tell him that you would be more attractive physically with abs because I love him unconditionally with or without abs. It just seems pretty shady to me that someone would say these things to his partner. He should have kept that in his head if he loves you. Maybe you should let him know how insecure you felt hearing him saying that, if he loves you then he won’t bring it up anymore. I want to also let you know that despite getting positive attention from my boyfriend on my body, I still feel exactly like you. Insecure, comparing myself to his exes, and so on. But what I found out is that it isn’t my partner’s job to make me magically happy with my body, that is something you have to do on your own. Either through therapy or working out or both. You are in charge of how you feel and if you want to continue feeling this way. There are ways to change it. Therapy and exercise isn’t a simple fix either. It takes time and motivation. I hope you read this and communicate your feelings to your bf and get therapy so you can delve deeper into self-love, but exercise is solely up to you.
You said he went to on-line with his parents. Is he there? Call his family home, confirm whether or not he's just fine and ignoring you bc he's just left. If his family hasn't heard from him either, then you can worry about his emotional distress but rn, you just got dumped.
If no one can find him, file a missing persons report. You'll get your answer soon enough.

Are you concerned about him coming to your house? Gated communities can be great, but they are not necessarily the most secure.
