It's not your responsibility for a 34 year old man to find housing. He is more than equipped to figure this out on his own, he'll have to move out of the city but there is no reason for you to continue being his free babysitter and place to on-line. A one bedroom apartment is no place to raise 2 children. Give him his 30 days notice and look into the law in your area on how you can legally get them out.
