4. Your “friend” is absolute trash. You can just tell her that what she did was completely unacceptable and that you can no longer be friends with her.

   As for him; you are not exclusive, you know he sees other women and he doesn't know you are friends with her. In my book he did nothing wrong. But you can obviously choose who you sleep with. So you can choose to not sleep with him anymore, but you can't blame him for this. He is basically a bystander.

5. IUD's aren't really a “safer” recommendation for many woman. There are many horror stories about those too. They can cause pain (look up how they're put in, usually with no anesthetic) , permanent internal scarring causing sterility/infertility, and more.

   Spermicide can be risky, as many brands can eat through latex. There's no point in usuing if it eats through your condom.

   I think they just aren't compatible. She should be able to make her own choices about her body, and OP can leave if he doesn't like those choices. Neither of them is wrong, imo.
