2. I think there is more to the story than you are saying. She probably gave off body language that seemed like hesitation. Also, women will move forward with sex just to get it over with, but that's not consent. I know this from personal experience.    I think she was trying to hint she didn't want to by showing concern about people downstairs. What should have happened is you should have expressly asked her, “Do you want to have sex?” And don't make any insinuations that you are pressuring her.

   Intoxicated people cannot consent. That's how we learned it in the military. Your decision making while intoxicated is compromised. So any choices made while drunk or high are not really valid and if a person feels they were raped at that time, then it is rape. You can't argue against someone claiming they were raped if that's what they felt.

3. Yea, the insecurity isn't like a normal jealous insecurity. For a pregnant person it's a threat to their survival. They are being abandoned at a time when they are most vulnerable. Primitive instincts come into play. Not to mention her whole body changing and her thinking of herself as gross compared to any non pregnant person. It's the absolute worst time to be doing this to a woman.
