  1. I definitely think that relationship caused some trauma, although I’m not going to go into detail out of respect for his privacy. We’ve previously talked about him going to therapy for some unrelated issues but he feels he doesn’t need it because he always feels better after talking to me about things. I’ve expressed that while I’m happy to be a listening ear, that isn’t the solution, and a therapist would benefit him in other ways.

  2. He isn’t taking anything from you, he is giving you his old computer. If you want that computer, shell out the 3500 and buy it yourself, or thank your boyfriend for the free PC and stop acting entitled.

  3. Males mature more slowly than females and at 26 he just may not yet have the ability to know what he wants for life. But your concerns are a great reason to stop trying to have a baby with this guy. If in a few years he's still dragging his feet that's when you'll know you need to move on. Such is the peril in dating younger guys.

  4. Is she into fan-fiction, reading or writing? Maybe writing will give her an outlet for her daydreams and fantasies. Tumblr, WattPad…they all love good smut and fluff.

  5. hey ! i found that the best ways to manage meltdowns are to 1. give yourself an outlet 2 remove yourself from the situation

stimming is very useful for this. you can probably find stim toys that can be subtle if youre worried about that but i usually prioritize my mental health over people knowing or noticing. them noticing me having some stim toys is better than them noticing me having a meltdown :p

sometimes removing yourself isnt possible, ofc. but often you can still partially remove yourself or drown out stimulus. distraction is good when you cant leave, or a stimulus that soothes you. im very partial to cold water and/or headphones for this!

the last thing to remember is that its not your fault. it is something to manage but it simply Is a part of you and non autistic people have things very similar too, just under different circumstances :p just keep trying to manage stress and ESPECIALLY frustration levels and recognize when youre having a meltdown before it reaches its peak. its a Process, not a switch 🙂
