I'm just going to say it, your girlfriend lied about cheating so why wouldn't she lie about the therapist? Cheaters always have justifications “I was drunk” or they were in a bad place, etc. Sounds a bit like an excuse to me.

Im crying you have no idea how much I needed to hear this. It’s exactly what I was thinking as well but no one was saying it. I really love her a lot. This was hurting me all night and it’s not usual for me to wake up upset so I figured something was wrong with me and wanted to fix it before it became a bigger problem. She doesn’t have any friends that last longer than a week which is why I wanted advice. Oh no I didn't involve. She told me about all the ONS that she did after breaking up. She is the type that you can't really stop her anyways. It just sounds exhausting to me in a way that she just wanna fills her broken heart in such an aggressive way so I just gave her a few warnings.
