OK that was 10 years ago. If you haven’t cheated since you can tell him but I don’t know how relevant it is anymore. You can also include in the conversation how much you’ve grown and understood how you hurt the other person and would not do it now. Show some maturity growth. Frankly, I don’t think you need to say anything if you’ve never cheated on him and you haven’t cheated since you were 18 I say let it go.
