Most of the time I see these specific age gaps (a few years older or younger than the son/daughter), it makes me think that they secretly want to fuck their children.
I’ll try to respond to you in order of your post (thank you for such a detailed response!) 1. We both have a system. But hers frequently falls apart into clothes all over the floor in the room, making my effort to help clean and separate her laundry pointless. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come home to our room and half of the laundry is on the floor covered in dog hair because she wanted to wear that 1 specific shirt. 2. She does have anxiety. She is medicated for it, but rarely stays consistent with meds. Also has late diagnosed ADHD. Stopped taking adderal years ago. Other medical things (for us both) are minimal. 3. Housekeeper would be great. But I’m also in the process of getting her to cover her own bills. Right now I pay about $3300 in total bills for the family on top of paying for all health insurance and what not. She pays $1300. On average, she earns $200 more than me a month. So convincing her to pay for that would be insane to me. Haha

None of what you described was him being rude. He didn't demand the chef tweak food for his preferences, he only asked.
He put all his side dishes in a tin tray to cook them on the grill. Doesn't sound like he was told not to by the staff and did it anyway. It's better he put it in a tin instead of pouring it on the grill. Then he offers the other customers his dish and doesn't force them to eat it.
And then at the steakhouse he offers his food again.
Did the staff say his actions are distressing them? Did the other customers say they were offended?
It sounds like you're the only one offended and I don't understand why. He's just sharing his food and wanting the get the best experience. He's not being a Karen and demanding things go his way. He's not asking for food that's not being served there and then getting upset when he's told they don't sell that kind of food.
Take a chill pill or break up so he can be with someone who isn't ashamed of him.
The way you solve this is by not moving in with someone who doesn't respect you, it's a huge red flag. He wants his personality splashed all around the house, and yours has to stay in boxes. He is showing you how he expects your future to look, and in that vision you aren't a priority.
