You don’t even have to bring it up. Plan outings that will give her an opportunity to exercise (walking, swimming, playing a game that involves movement) and try being patient when she needs a break. Don’t force her into anything. Forcing her will do the opposite of help and will probably even cause more issues. It has to be on her terms if you want her to be confident and stick around.
