Because lets be honest. She was on drugs at the time, and by your post, admitted she slept with several guys around that time. She had narrowed it down to you and one other guy. Told you both you were the father. Had a miscarriage, which I am going to assume was early on in the pregnancy.
Which means she honestly can not say for sure it was either one of your kid. She don't know who the father was, and is now choosing to lie and say it was the other guy, which means she is still to immature for a relationship.
Did she have the fetus dna tested after the miscarriage? If so did she ask for your dna to compare it to? Or the other guy? She doesn't know who the father is, she just chooses to lie to you now.
Your best to figure out if you still want to be with someone who clearly is in the toxic stage and lying to you, or do you want to move on and grow up and have a real relationship that isn't based off lies, deceit and immaturity

No one (including men and women) should have to kiss someone's ass just to make them happy, sorry my opinion. Is she wanted you to do something she should have said ” I want you to be there when I get my tattoo. It was a joke, sounds like a really bad joke, no reason for her behavior. Break off the engagement and be there for your baby and enjoy your time with them. If you on-line together stay in a separate room or move out and give her space and time but don't kiss her ass just to please her. Sorry my opinion
