Its definitely understandable to feel uncomfortable, on the bright side he has admitted to his faults and put in the time to grow as a person. In terms of his parents, this is another situation. All I can say is pay attention to not only them but to him as well. If his parents say something racist or passive aggressive and he somehow agrees/acts just like them just for conscious, then thats your sign to break it off. We’ve been dating for a few months, and he just now told me about this. I’m really upset because I feel like he could have been someone I imagine spending the rest of my life with, but this whole situation is ruining it for me. I don’t want to be with someone who’s best friends will constantly make me feel insecure.
