Her argument is not rational. The person who birthed the baby in most cases is the one who’s going to breast feed (unless there’s other issues going on medically). It is weird for the partner who didn’t birth the child to breast feed in like any situation. Maybe present it to her in that way? Just the simple fact that you are willing to end an engagement and a marriage over the possibility of a crush doesn't speak highly for your relationship going forward with your fiance. While it might be a grass is greener, the reality is that you've already taken so many mental steps towards the actual ending of your engagement means that your relationship with your fiance is not nearly as strong as it would need to be for marriage.
