Each state has different laws I would check you can just Google it. If you have a phone you can Google it. I'm glad you see that though! I'd honestly suggest journaling it out, because that often helps to clarify the feelings that you're struggling with at the moment. I imagine you're confused about the feelings you have for him, and on some level understand how this is inappropriate, but the next step is to understand exactly why it's inappropriate. If he is in fact showing you signs that he is interested, it's likely that if you write it out, you will understand your feelings better and lose the butterflies that you're currently experiencing, as it is clear that his behavior (as an older professor, professional, and married man) is really unattractive.
