1. That’s a huge assumption and unfair you’re making.

   I wasn't making an assumption; I'm going off of what OP said himself. He said she had a very hot time moving on. Perhaps I misinterpreted and that's his assumption, but upon my initial read it sounded like (to me) that she directly told him she was having difficulty moving forward. If he can clarify that would be great, and from his writing I am willing to imagine he is not the most reliable narrator.

   I completely agree that remaining in contact is not equivalent to not moving on. I am still good friends with my ex of three years.

7. Yes, anything I've said in the comments/post so far I've already shared with him before. I told him I noticed some changes, he asked what changes, I told him the same specifics above. He said that I should “ask myself that” and it shouldn't be naked to figure out. I told him he's just coming off as bitter at this point and he's been giving off kicked puppy vibes ever since.
