Big props to you for making bank at only 19, that's pretty impressive. But let's get down to business, you and your girl seem to be going through a rough patch and that's never easy. Moving in together is a big step and it sounds like it might not have been the best move for you guys. It sucks when the spark dies out, especially when you've been together for a while, but it happens to the best of us.
Breaking up with someone is never easy, especially when they start bawling their eyes out and getting all dramatic on you. It's understandable that you feel like it might be time to move on, but you also have to consider her feelings and the fact that she's been through some tough stuff with her dad. It's not fair for her to have to deal with all that on top of a breakup.
I suggest having a heart-to-heart with her and really laying it all out on the table. Tell her how you're feeling and listen to what she has to say. Maybe you guys can work through your issues and reignite that spark, or maybe it's time to go your separate ways. Whatever you decide, just make sure it's what's best for both of you. Good luck, my man.
Absolutely not. Listen OP, this is a common theme in dating where men don't take proper accountability for their shortcomings. Instead, they opt to treat/expect their girlfriends to be their mommy/therapist. It is NOT your job to teach this man anything. If he's already this dysfunctional one month in, just wait until 6 months, or a year. There are plenty of other accountable and mature men out there, so don't waste your time on this loser !!!
Ive tried not to help, but any time I don't she guilts me into help because it's for our daughter. We have 50/50 custody and agreed any issues we would deal with ourselves but she guilts me til I cave
