You should not be getting involved in this. Tell your boyfriend what boundaries you need in order to stay in the relationship. If you need him to go no-contact or block her, you need to tell him that.
You can't be talking to her through his accounts or going through his phone. Ask for what you need in the relationship, leave if he can't give it.
If you agreed to not flirt with other people she should not act like that on instagram, but looking in her phone is an issue as well.
