There are a lot of things you could take away from this. Maybe she didn't want I'll feelings at work. Maybe it was a lot of reasons she didn't give you the name….but it honestly doesn't even matter. She didn't cheat on you. I just don't see a cause to burn the bridge down. I would, however, ask her to be more honest, especially if you ask her a direct question and don't be judgmental when she does. You both can recover from this and grow stronger, but you have to want it and so does she.
