This is tricky. Are you familiar with the laws where you live? A couple things:
1) Storing valuables in storage unit isn’t a bad idea. And locks on your door. But I would not move out—not if squatters rights exist in your area.

3) Is there someone you can have on standby when you break up with her that can come and give her that emotional support and you can walk away after ending the relationship? It shouldn’t be you at this point. Her behaviour seems manipulative and I would stop feeding into it.
4) Where I live!, you are automatically considered common law after a period of living together and —married legally or not—the common law partner not on the mortgage could have a stake in family assets. You might want to consult a lawyer in order to protect yourself.

What? You're both guilty of emotionally cheating whilst in relationships. It wasn't a game, only practice and what practice is at 8pm? All practices when I was a kid and teen were after school. Same with my kids. Games were at like 7-8pm. They aren't going to “check their calendar” and not give you a time.
