I'd politely decline. I'd tell her that the “main” birthday dinner is at a restaurant that is more in your budget. Or I'd ask, is she paying for this expensive dinner.
She either doesn't think you'd fit in with her other “friends” or you have money and will treat her to a dinner that's on her level.
She sounds entitled and not a true friend. I personally wouldn't continue this “friendship”.
It did hurt at the time because it felt like “instead” because I was home but wasn’t available. Which piggy backs off what I was saying here. As long as neither party feels like said masturbation is “instead”
I hope you've randomly showed up at the volleyball games just to make sure volley is not a euphemism. Kinda sus she gotta be picking up and dropping former fwb's knowing you won't do any digging to see what's up. You've got trust down, but are verifying everything to make sure it's like she says it is?
