This is a make or break situation unfortunately. I tend to agree with your actions. Y’all have been together for 6 months with a rocky start. You’re only AT the start. Trust me! I had a rocky start with my relationship that’s now been 7 years and we had a baby after 5 years together. It was STILL rough. We were going amazing and are now but we put years of work into our relationship first. That wouldn’t have gone well either way I promise.
You’re dragging an inevitable now and she’s not thinking straight if she thinks it’s a great idea to do this now.
Indecision on babies or two people with differing opinions never has a good outcome.

Like others have said, it’s not ADHD. That’s just an excuse to be selfish. I’d let him know that his unwillingness to be attentive to your needs is a huge turn off, and for me personally, it’s a deal breaker.
