You’ve given us practically nothing to work it. Go see a doctor, you can lose fertility any time for so many reasons. That is the only advice, don’t jump to conclusions because you will just make an ass of yourself.
Not only did he lie but he kept it up for a year. This guy is a walking red flag parade. He cannot even be honest about his kids. What else is he lying about? That is a huge thing.
Then he was not “baby trapped” . If he didn't want children he should have used protection like an adult. He also did not have to have sex with her. Anytime you have sex there is the possibility of pregnancy. You did realize he is lying about this too? I hate that term “baby trap” there is no such thing.
He chose someone so young so he can lie and manipulate you easier.
