First of all.. Dave Ramsey is a massive grifter with zero respect for his fans. So that's bad news for both of you of your bf lives and dies by his advice.
As to the matter at hand.. you may have trust issues, or you may not. You seem to think so, though, so I trust your judgement. But. You deciding to have separate accounts isn't exclusively a sign of a lack of trust. When it comes to personal finances there are many schools of thought of how to handle that in a relationship. And most of it is a grey area, with no objective right or wrong answer. So ultimately, you may simple be incompatible in your perspective on financials. And that's kind of important, because money is a natural sore point for people, and it can easily come back and wreck your future marriage one day, if you never figured out how to compromise.
Though, I should note, him demanding to have your login as a compromise is entirely unreasonable. That's him specifically telling you that he forbids you any personal privacy, because he believes couples shouldn't have privacy between each other. That's his own values. Where are yours?
