Thank you for commenting. I've decided to ask for help hoping people with ADHD would answer too because the more I research less his excuses seem plausible.
I've suggested alarms but he says it doesn't work for him because his ADHD is too strong, as for meds he said he took one but turned him into a zombie so he quit pharmaceutical drugs all together.
I truly believe he is good and I want to be there for him. However I'll see how it goes now that I cut him off
