You may be right, but another close friend of mine (let’s call her K) mentioned that this friend (let’s call her A) brought up the drama to her while they were both at my house. I was making A a coffee so I wasn’t privy to this conversation. K doesn’t know either of the guys involved and only knows A through me and has only met her once before that. There was no reason for her to bring it up to K, which is what makes me think this is what the issue is.

The petty part of me doesn’t want to reach out to her because I’ve tried a couple of times and she kind of blew me off both times.

I think that maybe it's worth asking her if she sees a looong future with you – I know it's only 3 months in – but if y'all are together because you enjoy each other and like each other and it's fun and easy… but not because you see each other for the long-term, then it might be better to find someone else who is aligned with each of you.

It's super ok for you to want to drink and smoke and party (within safe parameters) and it's SUPER ok for her to not be comfortable with sleepovers. No-one is right or wrong here – just misaligned perhaps.
