There are so many things she's doing that are abusive. Even the fact that once a month she does something nice and then talks about it. This isn't just a case of her being depressed. And her being depressed isn't an excuse for how she treats you.
Sit for a minute and imagine your closest friend or a relative you truly love. Pretend you're staying with them for a month. Their partner treats them exactly how your girlfriend treats you. Do you think their partner loves them?
What do you want to tell that person to do? Do you think they should stay in that relationship? Do you think they deserve better? Do you think they won't ever find someone who treats them well?
Don't treat yourself worse than you'd treat someone you love. Your girlfriend doesn't love you. She couldn't treat you this way if she did. She is using you.
She may not mean anything by it, but you've bought up that you don't like it so that should be it.
By all means bring it up again. Reiterate the fact that she doesn't mean anything negative by it doesn't mean it doesn't still annoy the shit out of you.
I will say that a bit of self reflection doesn't go astray. Did you have a particularly critical family member growing up? Was a sibling or school friend nosy to the point of ridiculous? It never hurts to have a think about.
Ultimately, though, if you talk to her about it and she still can't stop herself from doing it, you've got something to think about.

Hun you are doing wayyyy to much for this guy. Your putting so much effort into fixing something that doesn’t need to be fixed for a man that half puts in an eighth of the effort.
