I’m not sure how “residential” housing differs (because to me that signs like the school is providing housing) but how ever you are housed you have a landlord or someone who oversees the housing that you pay to – and you should inform them that your roommate invested your room, went through your medication, is harassing you, is telling others you are mentally unwell, and that you no longer feel safe in this situation.
Even a standard landlord will work with you to either rehouse you or move her. It’s definitely worth you taking the time to inform them of this.
